“ We decided on the tasting menu. I have mixed views on tasting menus - they tend to be perfect or they are so "precious" that you need to grab a slice of pizza after. But we committed to it as the sample menu sounded great And damn, did it deliver. I would say that the portions for a six course menu were appropriate to leaning "how will I finish the remaining courses?" 5/1/23
